I hope you and your family are healthy and safe during this unprecedented time. I understand and appreciate all of the continued commitment we are making for the social/emotional and academic needs of our students. Each day tons of information is being sent our way virtually and we are all trying our best to navigate through it all and do what works best for our families. Communication, patience and understanding are key.

I have some updates that I would like to send out and will continue to update as needed:

  1. Spring Pictures and yearbooks are on our radar and we are in communication with Lifetouch regarding their delivery to get them into the hands of families that paid for them. If you’ve already ordered your pictures, they will be handed out when the stay at home order is lifted. If you haven’t ordered, you can call 1-800-736-4753 and Lifetouch will help locate your access credentials to place your order.
  2. As a district we have been provided with various organizations that are willing to help families in need during this time. If you are in need of assistance, please send me an email and I will try my best to help. We are in this together.
  3. KG registrations-We are still working through the best possible way to move forward with this. Our plan is to do a recorded presentation of our KG round-up and post it online. This will include information on how to register and what to expect moving forward. In order to ensure we are including all incoming students, please fill out our survey on the blog. This is under the Kindergarten and Young Fives tab. This will provide us with some basic information and allow us to include you directly in our communications.
  4. I realize some students still have items in school. Please note that until the stay at home order is lifted there is no access to the school building. As soon as the order is lifted, we will develop a safe plan to allow parents/students to come collect their belongings.
